[USA] LEGO Series 3 - Now at Walmart

Mountain View Walmart in Calif. has 3+ full boxes of series 3 near toys. Not in the Lego isle, but off to the side near the Bike section. They are $2.97

I've seen S3 at at least 3 or 4 walmart stores in the last month. And guess what.... at EVERY one I'm finding 10-20 bags at any given trip that have been ripped open by people trying to see what's in them! Anyone else seeing this??

I have seen many open packs at walmart. Out of all the places i have seen CMF's, walmart appears to have by far the most theft.

Almost all the ones I see are still in pieces scattered all over the place. I guess when they open one they like they pocket it. I've seen this in the aisle itself, and on the endcap hanger things, too. I've never seen this at target or TRU or with any other series... just S3 at walmart.

Ice, if you see this I just want you to know that the ones I saw were not in a hanging box at the end of the aisle, but were in the regular LEGO aisle in their usual boxes.
