3 in 1 sets?

Post by jikura » Mon Apr 04, 2011 2:28 am

I was just wondering about these. Brickset is listing a starwars 3 in 1 and i've seen a few otber multi sets in their database. Do these come out at a certain time of the year? Is it a good deal ?

A lot of the time those are only available in certain regions, most recently European releases.

Yeah it seems to be a thing that happens in Europe. Prices there are significantly higher than in the US, and availability is scarce in some places, so I think they do bundles sometimes to give them a chance to get sets with less insane prices (but probably still insane anyway).

I have never ever seen them anywhere in the US. If you are looking for a bundled deal and you are in the US its not worth the hassle getting it from someone in Europe.

If you buy from Europe, the price is even higher than purchasing it separately here. Only the die hard fans will buy it for the box.
