Contest & New Member Forum

Just a thought, but could we make the "Contest" forum be the sub-forum instead of the "New Member" forum? Contests are pretty rare at the moment and not a strong feature of the board while we seem to get several new members every week. If new members have to search for the place to introduce themselves, it might make the board not as welcoming as we hope to be.
