I stopped by Walgreens and found a City Fire Truck (60002) for 3.49! I only found one, but it was a great deal. If you have a Walgreens near you, it may be worth it to stop by and check.

Most had the typical TRU markup.

This sale includes Friends, which is unusual for TRU. Many of those sets are MSRP, including all of the smaller new sets. If you are looking to pick up a few Friends set it is a great opportunity. Otherwise, there is not a lot to see.
