Whoa! Sorry, I didn't notice the 2010 date on the online version. The one I received with my MasterCard statement says 2011. I'll scan & post it later today.

My last MBNA MasterCard statement came with a 20% off coupon at Chapters/Indigo/Coles valid until Oct. 31. I found an online version of the coupon linked here:
